Bill Dresselhaus
Bill is President/CEO of Dresselhaus Group, Inc., a product design and education consultancy. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Engineering & Technology Management (ETM) Department at the Maseeh College of Engineering & Computer Science (MCECS) at Portland State University (PSU) in Portland, Oregon USA. He was formerly a Joint Invited Professor of Product Design and Design Management at Hongik University in Seoul, Korea, for over eight years.
Bill has 45 years of professional practice and experience in product design, engineering, management, business, and teaching/training. He has been an industrial designer, product designer, product engineer, mechanical designer, chemical process engineer, machinist, guitar builder, scientist, manager, executive, consultant, professor, and trainer. He was an early innovator in California’s Silicon Valley (Stanford University, Apple Computer, Hewlett Packard, IDEO, Lunar Design, etc.), and has worked for many international clients, both as a consultant/trainer and as a manager/designer (InFocus, Oregon3D, TransFresh, etc.).
